Pre-Purchase Strata Reports

Our team of professionals specialise in providing reliable and comprehensive strata report services across NSW. We know that every property is different, and our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality reports that are accurate, timely, and easy to understand. We understand that buying or selling a property is a significant decision, and we believe that having the right information is crucial to making informed choices. That's why we work closely with our clients to provide them with the most comprehensive strata reports available.

We would love the opportunity to ask you a few questions about your situation and expectations so we can ensure our Agency is the best fit for your needs.

Please provide a vendor authority (required under the Strata Schemes Management Act) which can be requested from the vendor’s solicitor/conveyancer.

The authority is to include details such as:
Strata Agency and who to contact (where applicable), Strata Plan number or Deposit Plan number, Lot number, address of the scheme and the vendor name.

Our office will issue you with an invoice and once payment has been received (or a remittance advice confirming same) we will commence contacting the Strata Manager for access to records.
Our reports are provided within 24hours of the records being made available & provide regular updates in relation to the status of this.

Full payment is required prior to the final report being issued.
